oh my goooossh these pictures are old. i just found this saved as a draft and decided to just add to it.
also: sorry the sizes on all of these are skiwampus (sp?) - buuuuut i'm over it.
< that time i almost had to get my wedding ring cut off!
> that time devin and i went trail running up yellow canyon
< that time we hung these awesome lights on our patio. so worth getting. we will put them up at every house we live in, i'm sure!
> still love this photo of these guys so much. that husband of mine... :)
< that time i photocopied my hand at work. don't worry, i think this is so cool, that i hung it on my fridge.
> party planning fuel on my lunch break. devin's birthday party is next week and i'm so excited. all the details are starting to come together!
< cooper's spot when we're laying on the couch
> HHHIIIII
< the prettiest rainy evening in salt lake city
> my psycho dog always plays like this in the shower curtain. every single time he walks into the bathroom, he'll walk right to that bath mat, stick his head under the shower curtain and turn around so it's still covering his face. so silly.
< cooper wishing his grandma and aunts a happy mother's day on sunday!
> little beggar
< so, devin's got the sweetest most thoughtful nana. we went to see her on mother's day and before we left she grabbed this for devin. it's a vintage camera pencil sharpener! she remembered that he collects vintage cameras and when she saw this pencil sharpener, she picked it up for him. sweetest, sweetest lady. she's the ideal grandma. i love that woman!
> my amazing father had a birthday the day after devin! this is my favorite photo of my dad. lake barstow 2010. he looks good with that salt and pepper beard! he is the best man i have ever known. i am so proud to be his daughter. i have so much respect for him and he's taught me everything i know. never once have i been ashamed to be a daddy's girl!
< augh. remember THIS gorgeous place?! it was unreal. the pictures we took just don't do it justice. you have to go see for yourself!
> eeeee!!!!! i'm so excited! i haven't owned a decent pair of athletic shoes... ever. i would always get some knock off brand to fulfill PE requirements and never cared to spend much money on hiking shoes, either. then came my la sportiva raptors for my birthday, and they have been the greatest approach shoe ever! i usually used them for dirty outdoorsy things like hiking and camping and all that. then devin ordered some la sportiva quantums with his pro deal, but the were a half size too small for him, so he let me have them! they are really narrow for being a men's shoe and i've loved them and wore them to the gym. i didn't want to get them dirty! they weren't ideal for the gym, so when devin let me order these custom nike free 5.0's, i was STOKED! i probably designed 20 pairs before i settled on these grey/white/mint green ones. i was so worried about the colors though. it's so hard to tell online what the color will actually look like! BUT! when they finally came in the mail, over a month after i ordered them, they were better than i had hoped! they are so comfortable. so lightweight. and freakin CUTE, dude! i've never been so excited to go to the gym! unfortunately, i haven't had the chance to wear them yet, what with the dehydration and sunburn recovery and all, but mark my words: i'll be the gym the second i'm better, just so i can sport my new nikes! i'm so late jumping on the nike free bandwagon, but i'm glad i'm here!

but really. so. freaking. cute. i'm obsessed. this picture doesn't even show the best part! when you order nike I.D. they let you customize the tongues to say whatever you want, or just "nike". the laces are covering it up, but the tongues have my nickname devin calls me in pink - his idea ;)
